STEP II – entrance exam
If application is successful you will receive a notification of acceptance in ERK system as well as official e-mail informing about further steps.
The next we’ll provide information about the date of the interview.
You have to remember – we agree to long-distance interviews!!!
The next step is conducting the interview at the agreed time. If You decide on long-distance interview please get us know via e-mail (email@example.com)
You will be informed about the result of an interview by ERK system. Persons will be qualified on the basis of ranking list.
What if You are not on qualified list? Firstly don’t worry! We will create a reserve list in case someone resign from studying on the CEE Studies.
STEP III - Documents required upon arrival
When you are admitted, there will be just one final step left: enrolment. First, fill out the "data for enrolment" form in your OAS account. Then go to the student office indicated in the "contact" tab in registration card, brining with you all documents listed in the "documents required upon enrolment" part. If you cannot do this in person, you may appoint a representative or contact the university unit responsible for the programme. Remember: if you do not enrol within a given deadline, the Faculty Admission Board will deny your admission.
After the admission process closes, you will be issued an official document (letter of acceptance, called "admission decision") which serves as proof of admittance. If you are applying for visa or social aid and the official letter of acceptance has not reached you yet, contact us and we will issue a certificate of admittance.
